At Pentacon.V, we take pride in creating premium apparel made for athletes who demand excellence. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of many of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Worn or washed merchandise
  • Sale or promotional items

Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because our products are manufactured and shipped directly from our overseas production partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as noted on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Pentacon.V is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your apparel, we recommend:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on printed graphics
